Kodly'nin temel özellikleri internet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır. Tarama ve oluşturma verileriniz cihazınızda saklanır; analitik, reklam, izleme veya çökme raporlama hizmeti kullanılmaz. Abonelik durumunu kontrol etmek için uygulama açıldığında sınırlı, takma adlı cihaz ve satın alma bilgisi abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımızla paylaşılır (bkz. Bölüm 4).
1. Giriş
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Lesmazer (Bireysel Geliştirici — Türkiye) tarafından geliştirilen Kodly mobil uygulamasının kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulama; QR kod ve barkod tarama, çeşitli türlerde QR kod oluşturma, geçmiş yönetimi, NFC etiket okuma/yazma ve isteğe bağlı bulut senkronizasyonu özellikleri sunar.
Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Cihazınızda Saklanan Veriler
Aşağıdaki veriler cihazınızda saklanır. Pro aboneyseniz ve iCloud Senkronizasyonu açıksa tarama ve oluşturma geçmişiniz ayrıca size ait özel iCloud konteynerine yazılır (bkz. bölüm 3.1):

Konum
Yalnızca konum QR kodu oluştururken, haritada bulunduğunuz yeri göstermek ve koordinatları QR içeriğine eklemek için kullanılır. Konumunuz takip edilmez ve geliştiriciye iletilmez; seçtiğiniz yerin adını bulmak ve harita araması için koordinatlar ya da arama ifadesi Apple'ın harita hizmetine gönderilir. Oluşturduğunuz QR kodu, diğer kayıtlar gibi geçmişinizde saklanır. İzin yalnızca uygulama kullanımdayken istenir; arka plan konum erişimi yoktur.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi QR kodu oluştururken ağ adı ve şifre yalnızca sizin girdiğiniz şekilde işlenir; cihazınızın bağlı olduğu ağ bilgisi okunmaz. Taradığınız bir Wi-Fi QR koduyla bağlanmayı seçerseniz ağ adı ve şifre, bağlantıyı kurması için iOS'a iletilir.
NFC
NFC etiketlerini okuma ve yazma. İşlem yalnızca cihazınızı etikete yaklaştırdığınızda gerçekleşir.
Pano
Yalnızca bir kopyalama seçeneğine dokunduğunuzda içerik panoya yazılır; uygulama panonuzu okumaz. Taranan bir Wi-Fi şifresini kopyaladığınızda şifre 10 saniye sonra panodan silinir.
Satın Alma Bilgisi
Pro abonelik durumunuzun doğrulanması için Apple mağazası tarafından sağlanan abonelik kimliği ve durumu işlenir ve Bölüm 4'te açıklandığı gibi abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımıza iletilir. Ödeme bilgileri (kart, IBAN vb.) uygulamaya iletilmez.
Tüm izinler isteğe bağlıdır. İzin vermezseniz ilgili özellik devre dışı kalır; uygulamanın geri kalanı normal çalışmaya devam eder.
3.1 iCloud Senkronizasyonu (Opsiyonel)
Kodly, tarama ve oluşturma geçmişinizi (içerik, not ve favori bilgisi dahil) cihazlarınız arasında senkronize edebilmeniz için Apple iCloud desteği sunar. Klasörler, etiketler ve tasarım şablonları senkronize edilmez. Bu özellik:
Yalnızca Pro abonelere açıktır ve Pro aboneliğiniz etkinleştiğinde varsayılan olarak açıktır. iCloud'a Apple Kimliğinizle giriş yapmış olmanız gerekir. Ayarlar > iCloud Senkronizasyonu üzerinden dilediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
Verileriniz, kendi Apple Kimliğinize ait özel iCloud konteynerine yazılır. Lesmazer veya üçüncü taraflar bu konteynerin içeriğine erişemez.
Ücretsiz sürümde iCloud Senkronizasyonu yoktur; Pro abonelerde tüm geçmiş senkronize edilir.
Kapattığınızda yeni veri gönderilmez. Ayarlar > Veri Yönetimi > Tüm Verileri Sil, iCloud'daki senkronize kopyayı da siler; iCloud konteynerindeki verileri ayrıca iOS Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > iCloud menüsünden yönetebilirsiniz.
iCloud altyapısı Apple tarafından işletilir ve Apple Gizlilik Politikası'na tabidir; bölgenize göre yurt dışında barındırılabilir.
4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Kodly aşağıdaki sınırlı üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanır:
a) Abonelik altyapısı: Pro abonelik satın alma ve ödeme Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır. Kodly Pro aboneliğini doğrulayan ve yöneten abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız ABD'de yerleşik bir şirkettir. Kodly'yi kullanan herkes için (abone olsanız da olmasanız da), internet bağlantısı varken uygulama açıldığında ve yeniden öne geldiğinde, ayrıca abonelik ekranında, satın alma ve geri yükleme sırasında bu sağlayıcıyla bağlantı kurulur. Amaç; abonelik seçeneklerini ve fiyatlarını göstermek, Pro durumunuzu kontrol etmek ve satın alımlarınızı doğrulayıp geri yüklemektir. Bu sırada şu veriler işlenir: takma adlı bir kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı (uygulamanın önceki bir sürümünde oluşturulmuş anonim kimliğiniz varsa o, yoksa rastgele oluşturulan bir kimlik); işletim sisteminin bu cihazda yalnızca bizim uygulamalarımız için oluşturduğu cihaz tanımlayıcısı (reklam kimliği değildir); cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, dil tercihleriniz ve App Store ülkeniz gibi teknik bilgiler; her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi IP adresiniz; izleme izninin durumunu gösteren bir değer (uygulama bu izni hiç istemez). Satın alma veya geri yükleme yaptıysanız, Apple tarafından imzalanmış satın alma kaydınız (satın alınan ürün, fiyat ve para birimi, abonelik başlangıç ve bitiş tarihi gibi) da bu sağlayıcıya gönderilir.
Adınız, e-posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız, konumunuz ve taradığınız ya da oluşturduğunuz içerikler bu sağlayıcıya gönderilmez; bu veriler reklam veya uygulamalar arası izleme için kullanılmaz. Gönderilen veriler takma adlıdır: sizi doğrudan tanımlamaz, ancak anonim değildir ve kişisel veri sayılır. Ödeme ayrıntılarınız (kart numarası, IBAN vb.) Kodly'ye veya bu sağlayıcıya iletilmez. Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın adlarını ve gizlilik politikalarını contact@lesmazer.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz.
b) Bağlantı sağlık kontrolü (opsiyonel, Pro): Bu kontrolü başlattığınızda uygulama, oluşturduğunuz URL içerikli QR kodlarının (en fazla 100) erişilebilir olup olmadığını doğrulamak için ilgili adreslere doğrudan cihazınızdan istek gönderir. Kişisel veri gönderilmez; her web isteğinde olduğu gibi, istek gönderilen site IP adresinizi görebilir.
Reklam ağı, sosyal medya pikseli, analitik veya kullanıcı izleme hizmeti kullanılmaz; çökme raporlama hizmeti kullanılmaz.
5. Veri Güvenliği
Veriler birincil olarak cihazınızda saklanır; geçici dosyalar işletim sistemi tarafından zamanla temizlenir. Hassas alanlar için işletim sisteminin sunduğu koruma mekanizmaları kullanılır. Kullanıcı parolası ile başlatılan yedeklemeler güçlü şifreleme ile korunur.
6. Veri Saklama ve Kontrol
Verileriniz siz silene kadar cihazınızda saklanır. Şu yöntemlerle kontrol edebilirsiniz:
Geçmiş temizleme: Tarama/oluşturma kayıtlarını tek tek veya topluca silebilirsiniz.
Veri dışa/içe aktarma: Verilerinizi JSON formatında yedekleyip başka cihaza taşıyabilirsiniz.
Tüm verileri silme: Ayarlar > Veri Yönetimi > Tüm Verileri Sil; bu işlem iCloud'daki senkronize kopyayı da siler. Uygulamayı kaldırmak yalnızca cihazdaki verileri siler.
Abonelik kayıtları: Abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız nezdindeki takma adlı kayıtlar (Bölüm 4) o sağlayıcının saklama kurallarına tabidir. Silinmesini contact@lesmazer.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz; talepler 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Kaydı bulabilmemiz için, satın alma yaptıysanız Apple'ın gönderdiği makbuzdaki Sipariş Numarasını (Order ID) ekleyin.
7. Kullanıcı Hakları (KVKK ve GDPR)
6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
Verilerinize erişim, düzeltme, silme ve işlemenin kısıtlanmasını talep etme
Veri taşınabilirliği (JSON dışa aktarma ile)

AB/AEA kullanıcıları için ulusal veri koruma otoritesine şikayette bulunma (GDPR m.77)
Cihazınızdaki veriler için bu hakları doğrudan uygulama içinden kullanabilirsiniz. Abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız nezdindeki takma adlı veriler için erişim, düzeltme, silme, taşınabilirlik ve itiraz taleplerinizi contact@lesmazer.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; talepler 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. KVKK detayı için KVKK Aydınlatma Metnimizi inceleyebilirsiniz.
8. Çocukların Gizliliği
Kodly bilerek 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik bir hizmet sunmaz. Uygulama hesap oluşturma gerektirmez ve reklam göstermez. Abonelik kontrolü için Bölüm 4'te sayılan takma adlı veriler tüm kullanıcılar için işlenir.
9. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "Son Güncelleme" tarihi güncellenir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirimle duyurulur.
Kodly's core features work without an internet connection. Your scan and generate data is stored on your device; no analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting service is used. To check your subscription status, limited, pseudonymous device and purchase information is shared with our subscription infrastructure provider when the app opens (see Section 4).
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the Kodly mobile application, developed by Lesmazer (Individual Developer — Türkiye), processes personal data. The App provides QR code and barcode scanning, multiple QR code generation types, history management, NFC tag read/write and optional cloud sync.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored on your device. If you are a Pro subscriber and iCloud Sync is on, your scan and generate history is also written to your private Apple iCloud container (see Section 3.1):
Scan and generate history (including favorites and notes)
Folders, smart folders and tags
Design templates
App preferences (theme, language, accessibility)
Achievement and badge progress
The pseudonymous user identifier used for the subscription check (also sent to our subscription infrastructure provider, as described in Section 4) and an on-device copy of your subscription status
Temporary files (PDF, SVG, CSV, JSON backup — cleaned up over time by the operating system)
3. Device Permissions
Each permission is requested only when you use the related feature, and used solely for its stated purpose:

Location
Used only while you create a location QR code, to show where you are on the map and add the coordinates to the QR content. Your location is not tracked and is not sent to the developer; to find the name of the chosen place and to search the map, the coordinates or your search text are sent to Apple's map service. The generated QR code is kept in your history like any other record. Permission is requested as "when in use" only; there is no background location access.
Wi-Fi
When you create a Wi-Fi QR code, the network name and password are processed only as you type them; the network your device is connected to is not read. If you choose to join the network from a scanned Wi-Fi QR code, the network name and password are passed to iOS to make the connection.
NFC
Reading and writing NFC tags. Operation only occurs when you bring your device close to a tag.
Clipboard
Content is written to the clipboard only when you tap a copy option; the app does not read your clipboard. When you copy a scanned Wi-Fi password, it is removed from the clipboard after 10 seconds.
Purchase Information
Subscription identifier and status from the Apple store, used to verify Pro status and sent to our subscription infrastructure provider as described in Section 4. Payment details (card numbers, IBAN, etc.) are never transmitted to the App.
All permissions are optional. If you deny a permission, the related feature is disabled but the rest of the app continues to work.
3.1 iCloud Sync (Optional)
Kodly offers optional Apple iCloud sync so you can keep your scan and generate history (including content, notes and favorites) in sync across your own devices. Folders, tags and design templates are not synced. This feature:
Is available to Pro subscribers only and is on by default once Pro is active. You must be signed in to iCloud with your Apple ID. You can turn it off at any time from Settings > iCloud Sync.
Stores data in your own Apple ID's private iCloud container. Lesmazer and third parties cannot access this container.
There is no iCloud Sync in the free version; Pro subscribers sync their entire history.
Turning sync off stops further uploads. Settings > Data Management > Delete All Data also deletes the synced copy in iCloud; existing iCloud-side data can also be managed from iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
iCloud is operated by Apple and governed by the Apple Privacy Policy; data may be hosted outside your country depending on your region.
4. Third-Party Services
Kodly uses the following limited third-party services:
a) Subscription infrastructure: Pro subscription purchases and payment are processed through the Apple App Store. The Kodly Pro subscription is validated and managed by our subscription infrastructure provider, a company based in the United States. For everyone who uses Kodly (whether or not you subscribe), the app connects to this provider when it opens and when it returns to the foreground while an internet connection is available, as well as on the subscription screen and during purchase and restore. The purpose is to show the subscription options and prices, check your Pro status, and validate and restore your purchases. The following data is processed: a pseudonymous user identifier (the anonymous ID created by an earlier version of the app if you have one, otherwise a randomly generated ID); a device identifier that the operating system creates on this device only for our apps (not the advertising identifier); technical information such as device model, operating system and app version, your language preferences and App Store country; your IP address, as with any internet connection; and a value showing the status of the tracking permission (the app never asks for this permission). If you have made a purchase or restore, your Apple-signed purchase record (such as the product purchased, price and currency, and subscription start and end dates) is also sent to this provider.
Your name, email address, phone number, location and the content you scan or generate are never sent to this provider, and this data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. The data that is sent is pseudonymous: it does not directly identify you, but it is not anonymous and counts as personal data. Your payment details (card numbers, IBAN, etc.) are never sent to Kodly or to this provider. You can request our service providers' names and privacy policies at contact@lesmazer.com.
b) Link health monitor (optional, Pro): When you start this check, the App sends requests directly from your device to the URLs in the QR codes you generated (up to 100), to verify they are still reachable. No personal data is sent; as with any web request, the site receiving the request can see your IP address.
No advertising network, social media pixel, analytics or user-tracking service is used; no crash-reporting service is used.
5. Data Security
Data is stored primarily on your device; temporary files are cleaned up over time by the operating system. Sensitive fields are protected using appropriate operating-system protection mechanisms. Backups initiated with a user passphrase are protected with strong encryption.
6. Data Retention and Control
Your data is stored on your device until you delete it. You can control your data through:
History clearing: Delete scan/generate records individually or in bulk.
Data export / import: Back up your data in JSON format and restore it on another device.
Disable iCloud Sync: Turn the feature off from Settings > iCloud Sync; existing iCloud-side data can be managed from iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
Delete all data: Settings > Data Management > Delete All Data; this also deletes the synced copy in iCloud. Uninstalling the app deletes only the data on your device.
Subscription records: Pseudonymous records held by our subscription infrastructure provider (Section 4) are subject to that provider's retention rules. To ask for them to be deleted, email contact@lesmazer.com; we will respond within 30 days. So that we can find the record, please include the Order ID from the receipt email Apple sends after a purchase, if you made one.
7. User Rights (KVKK and GDPR)
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
Right to know whether your personal data is being processed and request information about it
Right to access, rectify, erase, and request restriction of processing
Right to data portability (via JSON export)
Right to object to processing
For EU/EEA users, the right to lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority (GDPR Art.77)
You can exercise these rights for the data on your device directly within the app. For the pseudonymous data held by our subscription infrastructure provider, send requests to access, correct, delete, port or object to contact@lesmazer.com; requests are answered within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Kodly is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not require account creation and does not show advertising. The pseudonymous data listed in Section 4 is processed for all users to check the subscription.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification.
