Kodly ücretsiz deneme süresi sunmaz. Abonelik, satın alma anında ücretlendirilir.
Otomatik yenileme: Abonelik, mevcut dönemin sona ermesinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden en geç 24 saat önce Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
İptal: Ayarlar > [Apple Kimliği] > Abonelikler > Kodly Pro > İptal Et. Mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar Pro özellikleri kullanmaya devam edersiniz.
Ödeme ve iade: Tüm ödemeler Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir. İade talepleri için: reportaproblem.apple.com
3.1 Ücretsiz ve Pro Özellik Ayrımı
Temel özellikler ücretsizdir; Pro abonelik bazı gelişmiş özellikleri ve sınırsız kullanımı açar.
Ücretsiz: QR/barkod tarama, temel QR oluşturma, geçmiş yönetimi ve favoriler, NFC etiket okuma. Çoklu tarama oturumlarında günlük sınır vardır; metin tanıma önizlemesi cihaz başına bir kez kullanılabilir; iCloud Senkronizasyonu yalnızca son 20 kayıtla sınırlıdır.
Pro: Sınırsız çoklu tarama ve metin tanıma, gelişmiş tasarım stüdyosu (logo, gradyanlar, çerçeveler, özel arka plan, görselden renk seçici, logo arka plan kaldırma), toplu QR oluşturma ve baskıya hazır PDF / SVG dışa aktarma, klasörler ve etiketler, JSON yedekleme/geri yükleme, NFC etiket yazma, bağlantı sağlık kontrolü ve sınırsız iCloud Senkronizasyonu.
4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
Uygulamayı yasalara uygun şekilde kullanmanız gerekir. Oluşturduğunuz QR kod içeriklerinden siz sorumlusunuz; başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden, kötü amaçlı yazılım dağıtan veya dolandırıcılık amaçlı içerik oluşturmamanız beklenir.
5. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Kodly "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Lesmazer; taranan QR kod içeriklerinden, kullanıcının yanlış veya yasa dışı kullanımından doğan sonuçlardan ve üçüncü taraf hizmetlerindeki kesintilerden sorumlu tutulamaz. Lesmazer'in toplam sorumluluğu, kullanıcının son 12 ay içinde uygulama için ödediği tutarla sınırlıdır.
6. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda Lesmazer uygulama erişiminizi sonlandırabilir. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırarak istediğiniz zaman kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz; aktif aboneliklerinizi Apple üzerinden iptal etmeniz gerekir.
7. Mesafeli Satış ve Cayma Hakkı (Türkiye)
Kodly Pro abonelikleri Apple App Store üzerinden satın alınır ve 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ("TÜK") m.48 kapsamındaki mesafeli satış sözleşmeleridir.
Cayma Hakkı İstisnası: TÜK m.15/1-ğ uyarınca, dijital içeriğin teslimi başladıktan sonra cayma hakkı kullanılamaz. Aboneliğinizi başlattığınızda dijital içerik teslim edilmiş sayılır; bu sebeple TÜK kapsamında 14 günlük cayma hakkı uygulanmaz.
İade ve Şikayet: İade taleplerinizi reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden Apple'a iletebilirsiniz. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında ikametgâhınızdaki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti veya Tüketici Mahkemesi yetkilidir.
8. Hesap ve Veri Silme
Kodly hesap oluşturma desteklemez; tüm kullanım anonimdir. Tüm yerel verilerinizi Ayarlar > Veri Yönetimi > Tüm Verileri Sil menüsünden silebilirsiniz. iCloud Senkronizasyonu açıksa, iCloud konteynerindeki verileri iPhone Ayarları > [Apple Kimliği] > iCloud > Uygulamaları Yönet > Kodly üzerinden yönetebilirsiniz.
9. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Değişiklikler
Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
Koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir; değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanır, "Son Güncelleme" tarihi güncellenir ve önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirimle duyurulur.

1. Age Restriction
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kodly. Use by individuals under 13 requires parental or guardian consent.
2. Service Description
Kodly is a QR code and barcode scanner/generator application developed by Lesmazer. Main features include:
QR code and barcode scanning (camera and gallery)
QR code generation in multiple types with custom design
History management (folders, tags, favorites, search)
NFC tag read and write
Printing, PDF / SVG export and JSON backup
Optional iCloud Sync (off by default)

3. Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Kodly Pro is offered in two plans. Current prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen and on the App Store product page (converted to your local currency by Apple, VAT included):
Monthly — renews automatically every month
Yearly — renews automatically every year
Kodly does not offer a free trial. The subscription is charged at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken from your Apple ID account up to 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation: Settings > [Apple ID] > Subscriptions > Kodly Pro > Cancel. You retain Pro features until the end of the current period.
Payment and refunds: All payments are processed through Apple App Store. Refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com
3.1 Free vs Pro
Core features are free; the Pro subscription unlocks advanced features and removes daily limits.
Free: QR/barcode scanning, basic QR generation, history management and favorites, NFC tag reading. Multi-scan sessions have a daily limit; the text-recognition preview is available once per device; iCloud Sync is limited to the most recent 20 records.
Pro: Unlimited multi-scan and text recognition, advanced design studio (logo, gradients, frames, custom backgrounds, image color picker, logo background removal), batch QR generation and print-ready PDF / SVG export, folders and tags, JSON backup and restore, NFC tag writing, link health monitor and unlimited iCloud Sync.
4. User Responsibilities
You must use the application in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the content of the QR codes you generate; you must not create content that infringes on the rights of others, distributes malware, or facilitates fraud.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kodly is provided "as is." Lesmazer is not liable for the content of scanned QR codes, consequences of incorrect or illegal use by the user, or interruptions in third-party services. Lesmazer's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the application in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
If you violate these terms, Lesmazer may terminate your access. You may terminate use at any time by removing the application from your device; you must cancel any active subscriptions through Apple.
7. Distance Selling and Withdrawal Rights (Turkey Users)
Kodly Pro subscriptions are purchased via Apple App Store; these are distance contracts under Turkish Consumer Protection Law ("TÜK") Art.48.
Withdrawal Right Exception: Per TÜK Art.15/1-ğ, the right to withdraw does not apply once digital content delivery has begun. Starting your subscription is deemed delivery; therefore the 14-day withdrawal right under TÜK does not apply.
Refunds and Complaints: Refund requests should be submitted to reportaproblem.apple.com. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your residence has jurisdiction.
8. Account and Data Deletion
Kodly does not support account creation; all usage is anonymous. You can delete all local data via Settings > Data Management > Delete All Data. If iCloud Sync is enabled, the iCloud-side data can be managed from iPhone Settings > [Apple ID] > iCloud > Manage Apps > Kodly.
9. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes.
These Terms may be updated from time to time; changes will be published on this page, the "Last Updated" date will be revised and significant changes will be announced via in-app notification.
